Adam was very proactive to get our computer fixed. He recognized that having a new computer breakdown could be very frustrating and went above and beyond to ensure we were back up and running as soon as possible. When it originally looked like we were going to have to send the computer back to the company, he ensured we could have access to a loner machine if needed. He then spent extra time troubleshooting our machine and was able to figure out that the issue was actually not a broken machine. He then did everything needed to fix the issue and to get the computer back to us and setup again. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail and time spent on the problem. What could have been taken a much longer time to get us back into operation instead was completed in 2 days.

Bri is the best! She understood the importance of getting my computer program to function properly and after hours of hard work, well past business hours on a Friday, she called me with the great news that my PC and program were back up and working and the program had been repaired. If everyone had a Bri in their life, the world would be a better place!
