We worked primarily with Nick from Titan video to make a recruitment video for our fire department. We had strict rules to work with and I had a very specific envision. Nick was genuine and easy to work. He would reply to any of my needs within hours and not only wanted to make an awesome video but understand the firefighter role and really have the same vision. Nick was professional and extremely creative. He understood what we were looking to do and how to capture an audience on social media. They were patient and understanding every step of the way even when we had barriers to overcome. We loved this company so much we ended up signing a contract with them for the next year.
