I had a good feeling about using Toast from their website and initial consultantion call. Since using them for a few weeks I can say they are excellent. Their communication is comprehensive but not over-technical with clear recommendations. They are also quick and the most transparent logging of time I've ever seen in dealing with IT people/developers.
