Flexible and Professional We had a rocky start with the HubSpot assigned onboarding training, and swithced to Growth Marketing after qualifying several agencies. Jason and the team were very helpful implementing our HubSpot marketing programs with anylitics and email drip automation. We are a small team and required flexibility on the timeline and the overall structure of our account relationship. Growth Marketing delivered tangible results and provided the flexibility to work within our resources.

We had a great experience working with Growth Marketing. We had a hosting emergency and Chris took time to help me find a solution and pull my site over to a temporary solution on a Friday night at 5:00. The team is awesome! They have an organized method of onboarding, were great at uploading our contact data, and were able to answer our questions about general usage of Hubspot for our needs. Katrina is a super genius and was able to create custom items for us every time we asked for one. Jesse was on the ball and very fast with all of our requests. Gunnar was great to work with on the site build and taught me everything I needed to know to run my website myself. Sarah had great website design elements and captured our branding well. We had one or two communication hiccups during the site build process and a few design concerns once the site was built, but they were great to work with us to get everything cleared up and launched. I amended this review to 5 stars on 4-17-23 because Growth was very responsive and got all of my concerns resolved in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend the team at Growth for any small business needing to implement Hubspot. A+ service and quality.
