Challenge

Safe Schools Mohawk Valley, a nonprofit for at-risk youth, lacked marketing staff and struggled with low website traffic, weak SEO, and inconsistent outreach. The goal: boost organic visibility, drive more engaged users to the site, and professionalize communications across all channels.

Solution

We redesigned and migrated the website with SEO best practices, improved site structure, and added targeted keywords. We managed social media, launched LinkedIn, optimized Facebook, set up Mailchimp for targeted emails, and developed branded content, reports, and event collateral—ensuring all digital touchpoints supported SEO and engagement.

Result

Website sessions grew 86%, users up 89%. Organic social traffic increased 2,991%. Direct traffic up 69%. Paid social traffic launched from zero to 465 sessions. Facebook video views up 913%, interactions up 16%. SSMV now enjoys stronger search visibility and a professional, growing digital presence.

Challenge

Caregiver Action Network (CAN), a national nonprofit for family caregivers, had a dated website, low social media engagement, poor SEO, and limited email impact. The goal was to modernize their digital presence, improve reach and engagement, and provide a scalable strategy for growth.

Solution

We migrated their website to WordPress, implemented a new SEO strategy, unified and optimized all social channels, and created targeted messaging for caregivers. We launched new processes for webinars, built content calendars, and provided ongoing training and reporting to CAN’s team.

Result

Facebook group reached 3,600 members (1,930 active). Facebook followers up 16.5% to 19,360. Instagram launched and grew to 4,200. LinkedIn gained 17,116 new followers. SEO visibility up 22.8%, organic traffic up 394%. Email list grew 22.9%. CAN hired 5 new staff to meet increased demand. This is an ongoing partnership.
