It was real easy working with Nathan today. And he had patience for me and my not knowing how to maneuver on my phone, as well as I need to know, and he worked me right through it. I appreciated that.

The team at consumer bus. Amy and Ashley, particularly plus, I believe his name was Ryan the first guy. They are phenomenal. The best thing you can do for your business is higher there. It's really next level. Their patience and kindness and I mean they're going to be an invaluable resource. Just the highest caliber humans from my estimation and easily. I can tell you it was very nice to meet them and get them on board and and have them join my team to grow my business. Probably going to be one of the best decisions I've made. So honestly, I cannot say enough nice things about them because my meeting with Amy and Ashley. They are so patient and kind. I cannot express that enough that it makes a big difference when you are not a tech person and need to rely on team members. They're the type of people you want on your team. Thank you so much y'all!

So far so good. After many calls from their cold call sales team (OLS - Online Listing Solutions), I finally decided to have a conversation. The person I spoke to first explained what their focus will be (SEO of Google listing). After a 20 min conversation, in which I was very sceptical and asked a millions questions, we decided to move forward. We scheduled a call the next day. Today I spoke with Samantha of ConsumRBuzz (the commpany behind OSL) and we had a 45 min. clarifying conversation in which she showed us the 'behind the scenes' rating of our listing. We signed up for a 3 months commitment to have our Google listing optimized. After 3 mos. we are able to opt out. Our entire conversation was very informative and I did not feel that I was pressure to make a decision. So far a good experience. Let's see what the next 3 months bring. :)
