A Fashion Brand with a Wholesale background, keen to grow and expand their Direct to consumer presence and Sales. The business had a very focused wholesale mindset, and were trading well B2C online. Their Challenge was that they needed direction to move forward and get clarity on their priorities for their B2C Website. The current ECommerce team were ambitious but lacked some key skills, knowledge and experience
Solution
My work has been varied across their Website Management and their Marketing activity - I focused on their Website capabilities and some of the technology they were using. They were on a poor website and they were over-paying for some technology. I project managed their website migration and ensured that the tech they were using was what they needed and saved them $80,000 (paid for the new website!). Their Marketing was inefficient so I worked with their agency to improve the KPIs
Result
Sales have doubled over the last 2x years and their wholesale sales are improving too (Better market presence has created a halo effect and increased demand on their Brand). Sales projections this year are for +50% growth. Website Rankings have improved, traffic has increased. Conversion rate has nearly doubled. CPA has halved and their CPC is under control, also with improved Ad CTRs. The team are more effective and more confident with a program of upskilling in progress
