Challenge

The client, a behavioral health center, struggled to attract qualified admissions via organic search. Their existing SEO strategy lacked visibility in local search results, and their website did not generate leads consistently. The goal was to implement a performance-driven SEO campaign to increase lead volume and admissions while keeping acquisition costs within budget.

Solution

We deployed a targeted Local SEO strategy, including keyword optimization, on-page technical SEO, local directory listings, and link-building efforts. Additionally, we created high-intent landing pages to capture leads and implemented a tracking system to monitor funnel performance from lead to admission. The SEO dashboard was monitored weekly to adjust tactics based on cost-per-metric data.

Result

Challenge

A client from Recovery.com needed to improve the conversion rate of its Recovery.com location pages' traffic into admissions. Despite decent visibility, most visitors dropped off due to slow, generic, or under-optimized location pages. The objective was to capture and convert high-intent users into patients, quickly and efficiently, while demonstrating ROI fast.

Solution

We created a custom-built CRO Landing Page, designed specifically for Recovery.com visitors using our proprietary 16-point CRO checklist. The page was: • Hosted on WP Engine (premium, fast, and reliable) • Launched within 7–10 business days • Subdomain-based (no conflict with existing CMS) • Optimized for Core Web Vitals • Paired with a focused Local SEO campaign to drive traffic
