Challenge

I partnered with a wellness brand that had a strong DTC presence but no Amazon footprint. Leadership was hesitant about the channel due to fears around margin erosion, control over brand voice, and logistical complexity. However, they recognized that Amazon was critical for future growth and needed an expert to lead the launch. I was brought on to build their Amazon business from the ground up—with a goal of hitting $1M in sales within two years while maintaining brand integrity & strong margins

Solution

I selected 5 hero SKUs, registered the brand, and built SEO-optimized listings with A+ content and video. I launched FBA for Prime eligibility and designed a full-funnel ad strategy using Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. Leveraging Perpetua for bid automation and dayparting, I drove initial reviews via Vine and post-purchase flows. I closely tracked TACOS, CVR, and keyword ranking to guide weekly optimizations.

Result

In just under 24 months, we grew the Amazon business from $0 to $1.3M in annual revenue—a 1000%+ increase from our launch baseline. The brand ranked on page 1 for 20+ core keywords, maintained a 4.6+ average rating across SKUs, and achieved a blended TACOS under 15%. Amazon quickly became their most profitable sales channel and a cornerstone of their omnichannel strategy.

Challenge

When I took over the Amazon account for a mid-size consumer goods brand, they were generating under $100K annually on Amazon. They had great products but were struggling with poor listing optimization, inefficient ad spend, and no cohesive strategy. Their growth had stalled, and they were losing market share to competitors. My goal was to turn the account around and build a scalable growth engine.

Solution

I started by conducting a full audit of their catalog, identifying top potential ASINs based on reviews, margins, and category trends. I overhauled all product pages—rewriting titles, bullets, and A+ content, adding video, and implementing SEO best practices. I then restructured the ad account using a full-funnel approach: • Sponsored Products focused on high-converting keywords • Sponsored Brands to drive brand visibility and NTB • Sponsored Display for competitor targeting and retargeting

Result

In just 24 months, we scaled revenue from under $100K to over $1.1M—an increase of more than 1000%. Ad spend efficiency improved dramatically, with ROAS increasing by 85% YoY. The brand went from being an afterthought in its niche to a top 10 seller in its subcategory. More importantly, we built a repeatable model that has since been rolled out across other marketplaces.
