Challenge

This body shop was struggling to attract new customers with a poorly optimized website and zero advertising. The owners were working overtime to attract customers from offline methods, but it was not scalable and was negatively impacting the operations. The parking lot was less than 20% full and had enough labor capcaity to easily 4X the business.

Solution

Our team immediately pitched a new website, fully optimized with SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization using our Max Acquisition approach. We setup Paid Ads on Google Ads / Google LSA / Bing Ads. We knew OCT tracking phone calls / forms would be critical to training Google to improve smart bids, so we implemented Offline Conversion Tracking with Edge Tagging to maximize customer data throughput to Google.

Result

The new website was a huge success. Overnight on launching, the next week we saw existing organic traffic convert 3X greater than historical average. Paid Ads attracted new customers and we were able to 5X the total revenue of the business within 6 months. The owner of the business ended up renting out a second parking lot and hiring more employees to keep up with demand. He also picked up a Lamborghini for the shop's marketing.

Challenge

Most vehicle wrap shops are not aware of RIP Software and the potential savings in time and cost. This makes it difficult to reach new B2B customers (vehicle shops) outside of conferences. Inside conferences, there's limited exposure to the entire market. The client needed a reliable way to advertise in front of their target customers. Targeting only keywords at bottom of funnel was not going to be enough volume. And at top of funnel they keywords are likely to have low volume.

Solution

IOI took a customer lifecycle approach. We analyzed what problems vehicle wrap shops faced and what they might search in that situation. We built a product-awareness marketing strategy from completely unaware to solution aware with multi-channel placement. We combined Google Ads with SEO Content strategically covering low volume keywords, publishing 120+ pages in advertorial style. Using Google Ads we ran dynamic content Ads to ensure maximum funnel coverage.

Result

5X their leads from what they normally see at a conference. Their sales team began working the relationships, and after 2-3 months closing high ACV deals for their software. In the first 15 months we added $3M in ACV to the business with this approach.

Challenge

The client had only gotten cars from offline methods and were not satisfied with their current # of new cars per month. Their offline methods included referrals from other automotive businesses and local car events to attract customers. This offline effort resulted in a high cost per customer, due to labor efforts for each method, and time to convert new customers. They knew they needed online to scale, but knew little about advertising.

Solution

We identified the gaps in the customers online buying experience. The website had poor CRO and SEO, holding it back from free organic customers. It lacked key selling information to prime the customer to purchase. What makes the shop different, why should the customer do a wrap? We analyzed why customers bought, and updated their website to match intent. We then launched a full scale campaign on Google Ads and Meta Ads (facebook/instagram). Optimized keywords, ad copy, and retargeting.

Result

We added 638 cars over 12 months. Cost per customer was only $235 for a $4k average wrap shop. First couples months took time to collect data, but on average over 12 months delivered 50 new cars per month. Resulting in $2.52M revenue to the business.
