Challenge

Black Buffalo sells smokeless tobacco alternatives in the U.S. Prior SEO was ad-hoc with thin content, crawl issues, and few quality links. Many commercial pages were indexed but not competing for page-one. Objective: scale organic traffic, win Top-3 rankings for high-intent terms, and grow revenue while navigating a competitive, regulated niche.

Solution

Ran a full audit and fixed technical gaps (site speed, mobile, internal links, schema, 404s). Rewrote titles/meta, mapped keywords to priority pages, and expanded content to match search intent. Built authority with a structured outreach program: vetted prospects, editorial placements, and digital PR; plus content marketing on partner sites. Tracked progress in Google Search Console and Ahrefs with ongoing iteration.

Result

Over 36 months, organic traffic increased by ~350%. The number of keywords ranking in Top-3 grew ~5×, lifting visibility on core category and product terms. Higher authority and better intent coverage improved conversions and revenue, establishing Black Buffalo as a leading brand in the smokeless alternatives niche.

Challenge

ElephantStock, a U.S./Canada canvas wall-art store, had years in market but no structured link-building. Despite prior redesign and basic on-page work, many high-value collection/product pages were indexed yet stuck outside the top-10. Goal: lift Google visibility, qualified traffic, and sales in a very competitive e-commerce niche.

Solution

Mapped taxonomy and chose “opportunity” pages via keyword research. Ran a technical audit to fix internal errors (incl. 404s). Built a competitor-informed link-building engine in BuzzStream: large-scale prospecting, segmented lists, and a 3-touch outreach sequence to win high-authority placements. Parallel on-page updates, new collections and blog content; continuous tracking in Ahrefs & Semrush.

Result

In 24 months, average organic sessions grew from ~10k to 100k+ per month (+700%). Domain Rating rose from 33->59. Dozens of high-intent terms reached page-one/top-3, lifting non-brand revenue. Overall visibility surged, and we built a 60k-contact outreach database that produced thousands of quality backlinks and supports continued growth.

Challenge

Garrett Discovery (digital forensics) spent $8k/mo on Google Ads but got many irrelevant calls and few qualified leads. The account had 38 messy search campaigns, weak targeting and query hygiene, and minimal conversion tracking (only call-from-ad). With high CPCs and no insight into lead quality, ROI-focused optimization was impossible.

Solution

Full audit and rebuild from scratch. Implemented GA4 + GTM with events for phone clicks and form submissions (contact, legal matters, personal matters). Reworked structure/keywords, added negatives, paused wasteful DSA/GDN, and launched tightly themed search campaigns with proper extensions. Added display + search remarketing and dynamic remarketing. Ongoing query mining, bid/asset testing, and weekly optimizations.

Result

In 6 months, leads grew ~4× with the same $8k/mo budget. CVR rose from 1.09% to 7.57% (peaks ~12%). CPA dropped from $447 to $117 (best $85). Conversions increased from 16 in a pre-period month to 435 over 6 months. Irrelevant calls were largely eliminated, and GA4 now attributes phone and form leads back to the right campaigns.
