Challenge

The Fietsersbond, the representative of cyclists in the Netherlands, organized the elections for the best Cycling Municipality in 2024. The challenge for the Fietsersbond was to carry out a large-scale mass personalization based on geo-targeting to reach all 342 municipalities in the Netherlands.

Solution

To achieve this, we used the Touch, Tell & Sell marketing strategy in which the target group is targeted in three steps. In each step, the target group is reached again with different advertisements. This allowed The Fietsersbond to respond to the target group's entire customer journey.

Result

341 of the 342 municipalities have met the electoral threshold and therefore could participate for the best Cycling Municipality in 2024. In total, we achieved 6,578 direct conversions from the campaigns, with a conversion rate of 32%. This contributed to a total of 46,775 cycling jury members.

Challenge

Uptempo! is a matching platform to inspire people and make them aware of the innovative options available to make a home or commercial building more sustainable. The challenge was to successfully expand the platform by properly activating the target group and increasing the number of matches.

Solution

To gain more knowledge and insight, we first mapped the existing funnel. We then identified and optimized the weakest links in the chain through several successive experiments, according to growth hacking principles. We tested various adjustments and optimizations on the website and in Google Ads.

Result

In the first instance, 19% of visitors viewed the sustainable innovations. After implementing successful experiments, this value increased to 45%. Additionally, the Google Ads experiments have proven to be successful, with a 130% increase in goal conversion.

Challenge

Toshiba Tec Netherlands, known for their innovative hardware, wanted to realize an image change. They came to us with the request to help them distribute digital transformation-related content among CEOs/directors of SME companies.

Solution

We created a content campaign with whitepapers, blogs and an interactive test. This was distributed via LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Outreach. We also designed a landing page with gated content and used various marketing automation tools.

Result

The campaign has generated more than 95,000 views among the target group of IT managers and CEOs/directors. The website received 3,100 visitors and we generated 42 leads who received content. LinkedIn Outreach has also created more than 300 new contacts.
