Jobble, a marketplace for gig economy jobs with over 5 million users, needed to modernize its digital experience to keep pace with user expectations and rapid platform growth. Their product team was stretched thin, and the interface was inconsistent, making it harder for users to find and apply for jobs efficiently. The goal was to enhance usability, streamline the job discovery experience, and provide scalable design guidance for the internal team.

Solution

Neuron conducted a UX/UI audit, user interviews, and competitive research to identify key friction points. We redesigned critical user flows—including job search, application, onboarding, and profile setup—resulting in a mobile-first experience that better serves the needs of gig workers. We also delivered a robust design system in Figma to support internal consistency and accelerate Jobble’s product development.

The redesign significantly reduced user drop-off and support tickets related to job applications. Jobble’s internal product and engineering teams reported a noticeable speed-up in development cycles due to the new design system. Listrak’s platform had grown overly complex over 20 years, leading to a cluttered interface and disjointed workflows. With 118 navigation items and inconsistent tools, marketers found it difficult to efficiently create and manage multi-channel campaigns. Listrak needed a complete redesign to reduce friction, unify workflows, and create a more intuitive experience for its users.

Solution

Neuron partnered with Listrak to reimagine its platform. We streamlined navigation from 118 to 16 items, unified campaign creation across channels, and introduced a no-code email builder, an intuitive automation tool, and a dynamic tagging system. The work was grounded in user research from 13 in-depth interviews, ensuring the redesign aligned with real user needs across eCommerce and marketing roles.
