5 stars to Claudia and Valerie in the Memory Care unit. These two team members have dedication and compassion that shines through every interaction I have witnessed. They are able to cater to each residents needs and keep smiling. When I know these two are working, I have a greater sense of peace that my loved one is ok. Memory care takes a special heart, and these ladies sure have it. I hope this message reaches you both and conveys just how grateful I am for everything you do, and for always making me feel welcome. Discovery Commons Raincross is a great facility. My family member was recently there temporarily, and I can tell you I felt more than confident she was in good hands during her stay. Julia is a true angel, she went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and questions were answered as we were screening different facilities. Highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking.

I love partnering with Raincross. The people here are friendly, kind, and care about the residence who live here they’ve been gracious enough to host many events for professionals in the area. Raincross is amazing place their staff are so kind and friendly the environment is bright and clean if you are looking for a place for your loved one add them to the top of your list
