The ABM Agency is a B2B marketing agency headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Vincent DeCastro founded the agency in 2009 after more than a decade running B2B search and demand generation programs, and he still leads it today as President. Our team of strategists, content directors, analysts, paid media specialists and account managers works with enterprise and upper mid-market organizations across the United States.
Our clients include Verizon, Medtronic, Manhattan Associates, International Paper, Chemours, Dassault Systèmes, Okta, Siemens, Kenco Group, Wolters Kluwer, DuPont, Box, Iron Mountain, Dynatrace and Omnicell, with particular depth in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, MedTech, cybersecurity, logistics and industrial manufacturing.
What we do
Everything we offer sits under three service pillars. Clients usually start with one and add the others as results come in.
1. State-based full-funnel account-based marketing
Most ABM programs fail for a simple reason: they treat every target account the same way at the same time. A company that has never heard of you and a company whose buying group is already comparing vendors need completely different things from you, and a single campaign cannot serve both.
Our approach is state-based. We define the states an account can be in, from unaware through engaged, evaluating and in-cycle, and we build the plays, content and channels for each state. Accounts move between states based on real behavior, and the program responds. Sales and marketing work from the same account states, the same definitions and the same plan, which is why our programs tend to fix the sales-and-marketing alignment problem that many clients bring to us as their real complaint.
2. Authority-First SEO and Generative Engine Optimization
The B2B buyer journey moved. A large share of research that used to happen on a search results page now happens inside an AI answer engine, where a buyer asks ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Copilot or Claude who the credible options are and receives a synthesized answer with a short list of names. If your company is not in that answer, or is described inaccurately, the buyer may never reach your website.
3. Custom AI-powered marketing tools
Marketing teams have never had more tools and have rarely had the exact tool they need. The gap between what a platform does and what your program requires is usually filled by people, spreadsheets and late nights.
