A historic Mercure hotel and luxury event venue in Bari — needed two things simultaneously: a richer, more differentiated digital presence for each business unit (hotel, corporate events, private events), and a full automation of internal workflows to reduce manual workload on the sales and operations team.

Solution

We are rebuilding the WordPress site with independent, self-managed sections for each business unit. In parallel, we implemented a complex ERP/CRM handling lead management, automated document generation, booking integration with Accor platforms, and synchronization with Calendar and TeamUp for space and event management. All graphic outputs — digital and print — follow a unified brand identity. Strategic KPI reporting is delivered monthly.

Italy's leading tourist entertainment company needed to attract hundreds of young seasonal workers each year across Italy and Croatia, competing in a market where traditional HR methods were losing effectiveness with Gen Z talent. Solution

We designed a multi-year digital expansion plan built around two pillars: three WordPress recruiting portals (one Italian, one dedicated to recruiting, one bilingual Croatian/English) and a full paid media strategy running on Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and Google Ads. A sophisticated CRM-driven email marketing system was integrated directly with the recruiting portals to automate candidate nurturing. Organic social management ran in parallel across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
