Challenge

When there are so many English learning applications in the market, increasing brand awareness for ELSA Speak is not an easy task.

Solution

TOS’s solution is a keyword-focused strategy aimed at each target customer group: 1. Top Funnel Strategy – Targeting customers who are starting to learn English pronunciation and communication 2. Mid Funnel Strategy – Targeting customers who are researching English learning apps, English courses and are hesitant between other brands on the market. 3. Low Funnel Strategy – Targeting customers who already know ELSA Speak

Result

Through 6 stages of SEO activities, ELSA Speak’s traffic has increased dramatically, strategic keyword groups all achieved high rankings in the TOP 5 – 10 of Google rankings and the amount of Leads collected is almost 100%. ELSA Speak has achieved industry-leading visibility (Share of Voice). And it is an honor that the ELSA Speak project was included in the Short List of the Global Agency Awards 2023, in the category of Best SEO Campaign.

Challenge

Client website affected by two major Google updates, which led to a drop in the rankings of many keywords despite strong growth in the beginning. Of which, the biggest impact can be said to be when Google changed its SEO content orientation for one or more topic groups.

Solution

TOS quickly found the best solution and solution so that traffic could quickly return to its peak. That is to regularly update article content according to the intent of the financial/fintech market and Google layout. At the same time, TOS also pushed more articles for the content groups about Movies, Food, Shopping and Finance to update the latest trends and promotions to customers.

Result

1. Organic traffic growth is strong, Increase keyword rankings, reaching 321% of committed KPI after phase 1. 2. In terms of growth in January 2022 and December 2022, our client has led in Growth according to the Semrush tool. Regarding non-brand traffic, our client grew the strongest with more than 132%, followed by Competitor #2 with 80% and Competitor #3 with 63%.

Challenge

- After a website health check, it was determined that the website lacked a good foundation for SEO optimization: + The website was newly built and not optimized for SEO factors. + URL structure was not optimized. + More than 5,000 pages revealed serious errors such as missing meta descriptions. - Initial organic website traffic is 60,000/month, of which Brand Traffic 59,000 sessions/month, refers to most user traffic to the website via keywords containing the brand name.

Solution

- Before the SEO optimization phase, TOS spent 2 months checking and fixing all serious errors on the website, prioritizing top-traffic pages. * Keyword Strategy: - Brand Keyword: + Push keywords like “V***** + merchant name + location”. + Push keywords like “V***** + location”. - Non-Brand: + Push keywords like “Shopping Mall + location/area”. + Push Lifestyle keywords with topics like what to eat, what to play, what to do,.. This is the most crucial keyword group in this project.

Result

- Organic Sessions: nearly 400% increase compared to the project start (achieving 192% of overall project KPI) + Non-brand: 150,000 sessions/month (achieving 170% of overall project KPI) + Brand: 95,000 sessions/month (achieving 120% of overall project KPI) + Brand Keywords: 96% of keywords reached TOP 5 - Number of first-time website visitors (New users): + 761% increase compared to the same period last year + 362% increase compared to the project start.
