Challenge

In June 2021, a startup called Great Wrap launched with a big goal: to make a difference in sustainability. They had a great product, but not many people knew about it. Like many new ideas, Great Wrap's product was something most people hadn't seen before. It was hard for them to understand why this product was special and why they should buy it. Great Wrap needed help to tell their story, show people why their product was important, and grow their sales.

Solution

‍We started by creating ads that blended in naturally on social media but still stood out. These ads needed to make people curious and interested in Great Wrap. We got stories about Great Wrap on major news networks in Australia and used these stories as ads. When we put these ads online, they became super popular. People liked, commented, and shared a lot, showing they were interested. And the best part? We got new customers for Great Wrap at a cost of less than $10 each.

Result

Our strategy worked wonders! In just the first three months, we helped Great Wrap grow their revenue by an incredible 993%! They leveraged the sales to help acquire $24 million from investors during Series A. By September 2022, Great Wrap was doing so well that they increased their production in Australia and started selling in the United States. An average cost of only $8 to get a new customer. Challenge

Following its venture round of funding, an eCommerce SaaS company came to us to help expand its market presence in the US and Asia. Using Facebook and Instagram ads, the goal was to drive increased registrations on its websites while reducing Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and amplifying ad spend in key markets.

Solution

We started with extensive research, exploring the company's customer base and dissecting the marketing strategies of its main competitors. After thoroughly mapping out two distinct buyer personas, we created strategic messaging angles for each. A paid media marketing budget was created based on new user acquisition goals per targeted market. As part of the content package, we also sourced and scripted strategic user-generated content tailored to resonate with the target audience.

Result

We orchestrated a 117.39% increase in monthly Facebook ad account spend while reducing the average CAC by 17.6%.  We facilitated significant spend scaling in priority markets, particularly in the United States. Through comprehensive creative testing, we helped their team pinpoint key marketing messaging to integrate into their website and email marketing endeavors.

Challenge

In October 2022, Haggard Pirate, a unique clothing brand, was facing a big challenge. The founder was passionate and creative but found himself balancing marketing and running the day-to-day operations of his business. He'd tried working with agencies in the past, but couldn't find one that could manage the ad accounts to get a better ROA than he could. This was holding back the growth of his brand and taking away time from what he loved doing most: creating new products.

Solution

When Brighter Click teamed up with Haggard Pirate, our first task was to make their advertising more cost-effective. We focused on lowering the cost per acquisition (CPA) while scaling up the ad spend. We also brought in our Fractional CMO service. This wasn't just about managing ads; we proactively created an annual marketing plan.

Result

By the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, Haggard Pirate saw its sales jump by an incredible 216% compared to Q1 of the previous year. That's not all – the brand also saw a 26% increase in sales in Q1 2023 compared to the last quarter of 2022. We increased the monthly ad spend on Facebook ads by 84%, while maintaining a 2x+ ROA. We started using Google Ads, which brought in a 6x return on ad spend. And the big win: a 216% jump in revenue and a 26% increase from one quarter to the next!
