Challenge

KuCoin aimed to accelerate trader acquisition, increase trading activity and strengthen its reputation across CIS and European markets. The challenge was to coordinate regional growth, influencer partnerships, multi-channel campaigns and platform reputation across multiple countries in a highly competitive crypto exchange market.

Solution

The team led regional marketing and business development across influencer, social, content and paid channels. We executed 15+ campaigns per month, built 100+ partnerships with crypto creators and industry partners, optimized user-acquisition initiatives and improved KuCoin’s presence and ratings across the App Store, Google Play and CoinMarketCap.

Result

The project acquired 50,000+ traders within one year and contributed to a 35% increase in trading volume. More than 100 influencer partnerships were established, while platform ratings improved from 3.7 to 4.4 on the App Store, 3.5 to 4.2 on Google Play and 6.7 to 8.5 on CoinMarketCap.
