Challenge

A university needed to honor graduates with commencement ceremonies but could not host in-person events due to the pandemic. The goal was to recreate the emotional impact of a traditional graduation in a safe, virtual format.

Solution

FabCom deployed its Hybrid Reality (HReality) platform to integrate live video, AR, VR, and dynamic content. Services included virtual event production, video editing, AI-driven personalization, automated communications funnels, and ROI tracking dashboards.

Result

Six immersive virtual graduations were produced with 8,000 unique viewers worldwide, expanding to 32,000+ through shared access. The solution created a new Virtual Reach Score (VRS), enabled ongoing quarterly graduations, and generated rave reviews from graduates, families, and faculty.

Challenge

A not-for-profit focused on radical life extension needed to broaden audience reach, improve ticket sales, and manage full event logistics. They had limited time (52 days before event) and needed more effective promotion, stronger positioning, and higher conversion for their annual expo.
