Who are we :
Fluxcore is a digital agency based in Grimbergen, Belgium. It was founded in January 2024 by Bryan Saeijs, after two years of freelance experience creating websites for freelancers and small businesses. This experience revealed a recurring problem: many Belgian SMEs were paying for digital services without knowing exactly what they were buying or what the final cost would be. Fluxcore was created to address this, with fixed prices announced before the first euro is spent.
The agency currently supports French-speaking Belgian SMEs across all sectors (retail, freelance professions, tradespeople, service companies) in Brussels, Wallonia, and Flanders. Each project is managed directly by the founder, without any commercial intermediaries between the client and the person performing the work.

How it works:
Each project begins with a free diagnostic. This diagnostic analyzes the client's current situation (existing website, online visibility, positioning relative to the competition) and results in a price estimate provided before the start of the project.
The rates are fixed and publicly displayed, starting at €990 per project; consulting days are billed at €390 per day. This price transparency is central to Fluxcore's way of working: the client knows what they are paying for and why, before committing.

Challenge
The website of Passion First, a recruitment agency in Liège, had been hacked since its handover by the previous service provider: a rogue administrator account had been created three years earlier. A fake e-commerce site using cloaking was squatting on the domain (Google saw a store, visitors saw a blank page), and Google had indexed 192,000 spam pages instead of the agency's, with a peak of 3,436 impressions per day for searches unrelated to recruitment.
Solution
Fluxcore first neutralized the hack: backing up and then deleting 12,177 infected files and 1,900 infected folders, and replacing the fake store with a clean page. Seven URL takedown requests were filed in Google Search Console to expedite the deindexing of the spam. Rather than patching up the compromised WordPress site, the site was then completely rebuilt in Next.js: five pages, with a dedicated switch to communicate separately with businesses and job applicants.
Result
192,000 spam pages deindexed, compared to only 8 legitimate pages in the sitemap today. The domain has been fully taken over by Gaétan, and the site has been online since July 1, 2026, at passionfirst.be. It's fast and functional. Client's comment: "I would recommend you without hesitation. Impeccable."

Challenge
Harold Poelaert, a water softener specialist in the Braine-le-Comte region, had three scattered and competing Lovable websites, with a vague message and a near-total absence where his customers were actually looking. His true expertise remained invisible online.
Solution
Fluxcore chose to focus its offering on its most profitable niche, water softeners, and replaced its three websites with a single, rebuilt site using Next.js with a distinct identity ("Water & Fire"), structured by industry and region for local SEO. Simultaneously, a targeted Meta Ads campaign focused on the Braine-le-Comte area was launched, featuring creatives that pre-qualify homeowners to filter out unsuitable leads.
Result
A single, clear website replaced three scattered sites, with a Meta Ads acquisition channel in place and continuously optimized. Healthy delivery signals: a click-through rate (CTR) around 3.7% (above the industry benchmark of 3%) and a controlled cost per mille (CPM) of around €14 in the target area. Challenge
Pierre Cochet, founder of EFSafety (fire safety), managed up to 15 projects simultaneously, but administrative tasks were taking over. Technicians' hours were recorded in separate Excel files, emails (quotes, reminders, invoices, customer requests) all landed in the same inbox, and Pierre had no overview of hours worked or clients with late payments. The result: approximately 15 hours a week wasted on administration.
Solution
Fluxcore built an internal application using PowerApps and Power Automate, accessible on both mobile and desktop: time tracking by project, centralized client records, project management with budgets and deadlines, team management, and multiple export options. Additionally, email sorting has been automated by type (client, quote, invoice, follow-up) with alerts for urgent matters, and the onboarding of each new client now triggers an automatic welcome email.
Result
10 to 15 hours recovered each week, reinvested in sales and field support. A dashboard that reflects reality (profitability per project, workload per technician), the end of copy-pasting between files, and the elimination of manual errors.
