My system - 3 stars is actually meeting me where I expect to be met. 4 is exceeding that by demonstrating near perfect/perfect craft in your execution. But 5 stars is for when a business not executes their model perfectly, but finds a way to get outside the box and "serve" in a way that was entirely unnecessary. Luke just did this for me. As a brand new 501(c)(3), Live CarePhilly has next to no budget left (launching is pricey). But we need help. Its a dessert out there. Several, seemingly reputable Philly WPress dev firms have made it feel like (despite advertising as pro-NFPs) because my project wasn't either a $20,000 gig or a cheap job that can be done with AI and Templates. But Luke picked up the phone. Sent me an email to reply to asap. Took some time to just poke about in my site. Tried a couple things... and refused payment Luke, I apologize for putting that in the review. As a former Cafe owner I know I just invited others to expect that of you. So, to others ... don't do that to him. Luke is really so kind, gracious and generous. But he's also a talented young start up leader so don't go putting him in the position of wanting freeby help. Plus, I'm pretty sure he knew that if he did this little bit for us, he'd charm us for life. And yup, that's all it took to make him our hero. We do have AMPLE web dev. needs coming up. And the choice has already been made within our company ... if Franklin Digital wants the big work we'll have soon, it's all theres. This review has been weird, I know. It hasn't really focused on what Franklin Digital did for me very much in regards to their actual work. But that's because our relationship with them is only getting started. But I did not want to delay because it is the sincere care, the kind service and beyond patient ear as I rambled in ignorance through my web concerns. This review is not for the person looking to understand Franklin Digital's abilities (you can assess that pretty clearly from their website and other reviews). This review is for the person who is a bit freaked out, a bit ignorant and really just needs a capable dev. that won't leave you feeling like a dumb______.
