Challenge
The store owner had managed Google Ads himself for years. Sales came in, but profit never followed — he felt he was "burning money on Google" without knowing where it went. Conversion tracking was unreliable, so every optimization decision was based on wrong data.
Solution
We started with a full account audit, then rebuilt conversion tracking to show real purchase data, restructured all campaigns around profitable product categories and search intent, and shut down the ad groups that only consumed budget without converting.
Result
In the first month after the rebuild: ~$7,000 in orders from ~$300 ad spend — a 24x return. The client's own words: "I'm genuinely satisfied — and honestly frustrated that until now I'd simply been burning money on Google."

Challenge
A hunting e-commerce store was stuck at 300% ROAS — break-even at best. Worse, Google kept disapproving their best-selling products, including thermal-imaging devices, while competitors somehow kept advertising. The owner was ready to give up on the category entirely.
Solution
We optimized the product feed so Google Merchant Center classified products correctly, restructured categories and descriptions to comply with advertising policies, and rebuilt the Shopping campaigns around the approved product lines.
Result
The previously banned thermal-imaging products were re-approved and now run in ads again. A whole revenue segment reopened, and ROAS grew from 300% to 1400% — every $100 of ad spend now returns $1,400 in revenue.
Turning a loss-making webshop profitable

Challenge
A baby products webshop had been unprofitable for years despite running ads continuously. Conversion tracking overreported sales, so the owner made business decisions based on false data. Even with inflated numbers, ROAS was only 150%. The site ranked for zero relevant keywords in Google's top 100.
Solution
We fixed conversion tracking to show true figures, ran a full technical SEO audit and removed faulty indexing, restructured the site, cut the loss-making campaigns and redirected budget to converting product categories, and used Meta ads for trust-building and remarketing.
Result
ROAS rose from 150% to a stable 1300–1800%, with Meta campaigns delivering 1500–1800%. Several strategic keywords reached Google's first page, bringing continuous organic traffic. The store became profitable for the first time in years.
