I cannot say enough about my experience so far. Tasha is amazing, and my main point of contact. All I can say is that the her level of patience and professionalism with me has been outstanding considering how difficult I can be to 1. Get in contact with 2. Receive items from me in a timely manner without needing to remind me. I am an overwhelmed business owner with NEVER enough time on my hands. I knew that my business would never get to the next level if I did not have a strong presence online and professional working website making it easy for people to explore what I have to offer and book. Tasha and her team have listened to everything that I want and need. I would say that Consumr Buzz has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in making a small and priceless investment for my business. Lastly I’ll just add that technology is not my love language; however, Tasha simplified things for me, did a great job explaining things and ultimately removed a lot of anxiety for me…PATIENTLY.

Antonia G has been an amazing and very helpful account manager. She is always available to help me and is extremely kind, intelligent, and professional. I truly enjoy working with her and have noticed an improvement in my listings since I started working with her.

I’ve dealt with agencies that made wild promises about digital advertising, but this company actually came through. They took time to know what I wanted to achieve, developed campaigns that reached those goals and kept making improvements all the time. It took weeks for me to notice that my leads and purchases were on the rise. It was also nice to see how clear the authors were.

So far I've been using consumer biz for one month and it has visibly and noticeably boosted where my company name is at on the internet. I can see that I have more views on my page and business profile. I can see that more customers are clicking on my name more because I am showing up in more searches on more platforms than before. Plus my company is higher on the list of businesses that do the type of work I do. I have spoken with multiple individuals throughout this last month who have all been knowledgeable and explained every question that I've asked. Specifically I would like to acknowledge and thank Mae Becker for her patience, understanding, and detail-oriented explanations of everything I have asked throughout all of our calls, emails, texts, and remote screen viewing sessions. She literally shows you exactly what comes up when someone else searches for your company or your company's type of work. She doesn't rush through it she takes the time to ask YOU what you DON'T understand about the process so that she can explain it to you until you feel comfortable. I don't feel at all that I'm not getting what I'm paying for by hiring consumr buzz, especially with employees like Mae who are well versed in every aspect they are expected to be and at the end of every conversation, make you feel as though you are well versed in it as well. Sorry for the long-winded review but they do exactly what I'm paying them for and I'm 100% satisfied. 🙂

My website needs a powerful visual effect because I'm a wedding photographer, and they accomplished this beautifully. They added a sophisticated portfolio that showcases my work elegantly, and the design works well together. New customers often comment on how polished my website appears and how easy it is to find my contact information. What a great investment!
