Pulse & Pixels is a Singapore-based digital growth agency. We help founders and marketing leads across Asia-Pacific turn digital visibility into qualified leads and revenue.

Most growing businesses do not have one marketing problem. They have a website that does not convert, search rankings that do not hold, and ad spend that is hard to trace back to sales. We fix all three as one connected system, under one team.

What we do

  • Technical SEO, content systems and authority building
  • AI search readiness for Google AI Overviews and LLM answer engines
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility
  • Google and Bing Ads managed to ROAS, not clicks
  • Paid social across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Conversion-focused web design, WordPress and ecommerce builds
  • Content marketing, branding, video production and digital PR
  • Analytics, tracking and attribution setup

How we work

We start with a full audit of where you stand: search visibility, site performance, campaign efficiency and tracking accuracy. From there we build a 90-day plan with clear priorities and expected outcomes. You get senior people on your account, one point of contact, and monthly reporting in plain language.

How we measure success

We do not report on impressions and keyword counts alone. We report on enquiry volume, conversion rate, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. If a channel is not paying its way, we say so and reallocate the budget.

Who we work with

Founder-led and mid-market businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, India, the UAE and wider ASEAN. Experience across F&B, ecommerce and retail, SaaS and technology, fintech, healthcare, real estate and hospitality, and professional services.

Why clients choose us

  • Built for how people search now, including AI-driven discovery
  • Commercially accountable, with reporting tied to pipeline and revenue

Challenge

A multi-location dining brand in Singapore with a strong reputation offline, but a digital presence that was not pulling its weight. Search visibility was inconsistent across outlets, Google Business Profiles were incomplete and competing with each other, and the website was not built to convert a casual browser into a reservation. Paid social ran separately from search, so the two channels were bidding for the same guest without any shared view of what was working.

Solution

We rebuilt the digital footprint as one system. Technical SEO cleanup and location-level page structure so each outlet ranked for its own catchment. Google Business Profile optimisation across all locations, with review and photo cadence. A conversion-focused website update that shortened the path from search to booking. Paid social on Meta layered on top, targeted at guest segments rather than broad reach. Full GA4 and conversion tracking so bookings could finally be traced back to source.

Result

Organic visibility became consistent across all outlets rather than concentrated in one. Local search and Maps presence strengthened in each catchment area. The website now converts search traffic into reservations instead of ending the journey at a menu page. Paid and organic work together, with clear attribution showing which channel drives which booking. The brand has a repeatable acquisition system rather than a set of disconnected campaigns.

Challenge

A growing online retailer with healthy traffic but weak commercial return. Ad spend was rising while return on ad spend was falling, and the team could not tell which campaigns were actually profitable. Product and category pages were thin, so organic search delivered browsers rather than buyers. Tracking was partially broken, which meant every reporting conversation ended in a debate about whether the numbers were even right.

Solution

We started with a full technical and analytics audit, then fixed the tracking foundation first so every decision after it was based on trustworthy data. Category and product page structure was rebuilt around commercial search intent, with content that answers buying questions rather than describing features. Google Shopping and Search campaigns were restructured around margin, not volume, with wasted spend cut and budget moved to converting terms. Paid social was rebuilt around audience segments

Result

Wasted ad spend was identified and removed, with budget redirected to the campaigns that actually convert. Organic traffic shifted from general browsing terms towards high-intent commercial searches. Attribution now shows the full path from first click to purchase, so the team can defend spend decisions with data. Paid and organic no longer compete for the same terms, and reporting is tied to revenue and cost of acquisition rather than sessions.

Challenge

A B2B firm with genuine expertise but almost no inbound pipeline. Growth depended entirely on referrals and founder network, which is not scalable. Their website spoke about their service list rather than the buyer's problem, so the few visitors who arrived did not convert. They were also invisible in AI-generated search answers, which is increasingly where their buyers start research.

Solution

We applied our Signal-to-Sale approach. First, buyer research to define the real problem language, then a messaging rebuild so the site speaks to the buyer's situation instead of the service menu. A content system built around the questions buyers actually ask during evaluation, structured so it can be cited by Google AI Overviews and LLM answer engines. Technical SEO and schema work to support that. LinkedIn paid and organic layered on top to reach the same audience where they spend time.

Result

The firm now has a repeatable inbound channel rather than relying on referrals alone. Content ranks for the evaluation-stage questions their buyers search, and the brand appears in AI-generated answers where it previously did not. Website messaging converts a higher share of visitors into enquiries. Leadership can see which content and which channel produced each enquiry, so marketing decisions are made on evidence rather than instinct.
