Before the campaign, the brand appeared in just 1 out of 20 relevant AI-generated answers, with only 5% AI visibility and an 11th-place ranking among 12 competitors. The goal was to increase brand mentions, improve competitive positioning, and ensure Hermq was consistently discovered and recommended when potential customers searched for relevant solutions using AI platforms.

Solution

Red-engage implemented a 90-day Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy. We mapped the platforms and sources influencing AI-generated answers, built Hermq's presence across relevant channels, and optimized its website to improve machine readability. Through daily AI visibility monitoring, weekly performance analysis, and continuous strategy adjustments, we strengthened the brand's authority, discoverability, and positioning across AI search platforms.

Result

In 90 days, Hermq's AI visibility increased by 172%, from 5% to 13.5%. The brand went from appearing in 1 out of 20 AI answers to 1 in 7. Monthly AI mentions grew 9x, while share of voice against 11 competitors increased 5x. Hermq also climbed from 11th to 6th place among 12 brands. The campaign significantly improved AI discoverability, with the founder reporting more qualified leads arriving already familiar with the brand.

We researched high-intent discussions, published 15+ strategic posts, and placed 100+ relevant comments in existing conversations. Content was tailored for English, German, French, and Spanish audiences, focusing on genuine user questions, product comparisons, and security recommendations to build organic visibility and brand recognition.

Result

The campaign generated over 1 million estimated organic impressions across 20+ Reddit communities in 4 languages, with 15+ published posts and 100+ comments. Three key discussions attracted 126,000 combined views and 152 comments, achieving upvote ratios of 71–87%. The campaign reached buyers across North America and Europe, strengthened brand recognition, and reported an 80% retention rate, demonstrating sustained audience engagement.
