2020

We are designing an organic growth action plan across all search channels.

Our conviction: visibility is no longer about a single search engine, but everywhere your target audience really searches: Google, generative AI, maps, forums, networks.

We identify these research points, then we work on your presence there.

Our method:

01 - On-site technical audit

Over 300 criteria were reviewed to verify that your site is readable by Google and LLM crawlers. Indexability, performance, structured data, architecture.

02 - Semantic Positioning

Alignment between what you sell, where you want to go, and where you can win. Keywords, prompts, and strategic topics for your business.

03 - Off-site analysis

Reddit, YouTube, media, social media, link building. We measure the gap between you and your competitors on every source that AI consults.

04 - Deployment

We implement the strategy daily: efficiency, consistency, intensity. A true partner in your organic growth, continuously testing and learning to identify what works and recommend best practices.

05 - Reporting & Monitoring

Reporting every two weeks. Action plan meetings + KPI meetings. In between, a live dashboard. No fluff slides. Just numbers.

Our method builds organic growth over the medium and long term: a visibility asset that we build for and with brands. The figures come from clients' Search Console data, not projections.

Challenge

A business SaaS platform was entering a market already occupied by two established players, with a site designed to present the product and not to capture demand.

Solution

We started with the data: 350 bottom-of-funnel requests were identified, categorized by volume, intent, and difficulty, then grouped by business problem. This map became the site map, not the other way around. The site structure was redesigned around these problems, with a dedicated page for each major intent, internal linking directed to conversion pages, and monthly editorial content produced throughout the project.

Result

In six months, the platform's organic traffic increased 4.5 times and more than 200 positions were gained, half of them in the top 5. The decisive lever: mapping the 350 bottom-of-funnel queries in the market, then redesigning the site structure so that a page answers each one.

Challenge

A platform for trustees and condominium boards, launched in April on a new domain name, with no history, no backlinks and no traffic.

Solution

Zero history, zero authority. A brand-new domain has no reason to be preferred over a site that's been established for ten years. Directly targeting the most competitive keywords would have consumed the budget without any visible results for a long time. On the other hand, the condominium market is poorly served: many very specific questions, asked by condominium boards and co-owners, had no reliable answers online. That's where we started.

Result

We mapped the real questions from condominium boards and co-owners, then produced a well-documented, structured answer for each one, designed for easy citation: direct answer at the top, legal sources, and concrete examples. 1,500 qualified clicks per month. Search traffic on a site launched from scratch in April 2025. #1 position for business queries. #1 position for the most profitable queries on the market. €0 advertising. No paid acquisition.

Challenge

A Shopify store selling costume jewelry, with several hundred items in its catalog, saw stagnant traffic despite a steady stream of new products. With hundreds of items, the store inevitably generated dozens of paths to the same products: overlapping collections, filters producing meaningless URLs, and category pages reduced to a grid of photos. Traffic was concentrated solely on the brand and a few best-selling items.

Solution

The first task was technical: canonicalizing the generated paths, making page-by-page decisions about what should remain indexable, and streamlining the images and theme. This step restored a readable catalog for Google. The second task was internal linking: each product linked to its relevant collections, and each collection linked to the content that feeds it. The third was editorial: creating buying guides for discovery queries, linked to the collections they should populate.

Result

The store's SEO traffic increased by 83% compared to the previous year, and organic revenue by 60%. These gains stem from three key areas: Shopify technical fixes, a redesigned internal linking structure across the entire catalog, and buying guides optimized for search queries preceding the purchase.
