Challenge

The client, an Australian-based custom calendar business, wanted to scale conversions and achieve a higher ROAS across Australia, the United States, and New Zealand. Despite investing A$10K–A$20K monthly, their campaigns lacked proper structure, segmentation, and data-driven optimization. This resulted in inconsistent performance, high acquisition costs, and inefficient budget allocation. They were also not fully leveraging search intent, remarketing, or international expansion opportunities.

Solution

We restructured the account starting with a PMax catch-all campaign to gather valuable data and identify top-performing products. Based on insights, we segmented campaigns into high-performing and underperforming categories to improve budget efficiency. We launched Search campaigns targeting high-intent “Top Brand” keywords and implemented DSA campaigns for key product categories like calendars, planners, and diaries.

Result

The new strategy delivered strong and consistent growth across all key metrics. ROAS increased from 6.41x to 9.19x, showing a 43% improvement in overall efficiency. Conversions grew significantly by 427%, rising from 853 to 4,498. CPA decreased by 34%, reducing acquisition costs while improving profitability. Most importantly, revenue saw a massive increase of over 500%, reaching A$204,578 in November. The account became highly scalable, profitable, and well-optimized.

Challenge

The client, a US-based eCommerce brand offering custom temporary tattoos, aimed to achieve a minimum 3× ROAS while scaling conversions. However, the account lacked structured campaign segmentation, limiting performance visibility and budget efficiency. There was no clear strategy for high-intent keyword targeting or audience segmentation. Additionally, product feed optimisation and seasonal demand capture were underutilised, restricting scalability and consistent revenue growth.

Solution

We built a strong performance foundation using Performance Max campaigns to gather data and identify top-performing products and audiences. The account was restructured into segmented campaigns for best-sellers, competitor targeting, occasions, and brand traffic. We expanded into Search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords and continuously optimised bidding with ROAS-focused strategies. Feed optimisation improved Shopping performance, while remarketing campaigns maximised conversions.

Result

The account showed strong and consistent performance improvement. ROAS increased from 2.42x to 3.07x while CPA dropped significantly, improving cost efficiency. Conversions scaled from 683 to 1182, reflecting strong growth momentum. Revenue rebounded and grew to over $54,000 monthly despite fluctuations. The account achieved and sustained the target 3× ROAS, establishing a scalable and profitable growth system for long-term performance.

Challenge

The client, an eCommerce perfume brand, aimed to scale revenue while maintaining a strong ROAS. However, the account lacked a structured campaign architecture, resulting in inefficient budget allocation and inconsistent performance. Product visibility was limited due to feed issues and Merchant Center errors. There was no clear separation between brand and non-brand traffic, and campaigns were not optimized for scalability, restricting growth potential and profitability.

Solution

We rebuilt the account with a structured, scalable framework. This included feed optimization and GTIN implementation to improve product visibility, along with resolving Merchant Center issues. We segmented 190+ brands into structured Performance Max campaigns and introduced tier-based campaign structuring. Cross-negative keyword frameworks separated brand vs non-brand traffic, while DSA and large-scale keyword expansion captured new demand.

Result

The transformation delivered exceptional growth and efficiency. The account generated over 14,000 conversions and more than $3.4M in revenue, achieving an average ROAS of approximately 8.4x. Revenue scaled consistently month-over-month, with peak performance reaching over $600K in a single month. The new structure enabled sustainable scaling, improved budget utilization, and consistent profitability, turning the account into a high-performing, revenue-generating growth engine.
