Dragon Horse Agency was retained as the AOR by the luxury interior design firm Schreier Interior to help develop their brand, drive cross-platform campaigns, diversify their business model, and increase customer engagement. Over one year, DHA successfully redefined the client's business model to a high-growth, high-profit model while building a powerful, elegant, and engaging brand that won numerous awards, including 2 coveted CannesLIONS nominations.
Solution
DHA's foundation began with complete due diligence and vetting of the business. Findings from this analysis were applied to the redevelopment of the brand and all outward-facing material from a new website to social media, to collateral, to video, creating a new, dynamic, ultra-luxury, cutting-edge interior design business position for the firm for long-term success.
