Challenge
YBE Solar Electric was using manual product uploads in Google Merchant Center, creating frequent catalogue errors and limiting advertising performance. Google Ads campaigns were generating only 1.39x ROAS, while the unstable product data flow made campaign optimisation difficult.
Solution
We replaced the manual catalogue process with a more stable Merchant API integration, corrected product data issues and optimised Google Ads campaigns according to product structure, bidding strategy and performance data.
Result
The Merchant catalogue became more stable and manageable. Google Ads performance increased from 1.39x ROAS to a sustained 8-10x ROAS range by combining catalogue infrastructure improvements with campaign optimisation.

Challenge
The website had a Semrush SEO score of 26, an incomplete Meta tracking infrastructure and weak digital performance. The high-ticket coaching campaign also needed to generate qualified forms at a sustainable acquisition cost.
Solution
We prioritised technical SEO issues, rebuilt the website’s metadata structure according to page intent and optimised the advertising campaign around audience quality, messaging and form acquisition cost.
Result
The Semrush SEO score increased from 26 to 86. Sales increased from a total of 3 during the previous two months to 18 in the first month of working with Prosis. The campaign generated forms at an average cost of 259 TL, compared with the stated sector range of 600-800 TL.

Challenge
Payroll and attendance calculations required hours of manual operational work. Teams needed a simple reporting structure where each business unit could independently access its own results, while reducing calculation errors and control time.
Solution
We developed a custom AI-supported operational panel with a simple data-entry workflow. The system automated payroll calculations and reporting steps and provided separate reporting views for each business unit.
Result
A payroll reporting process that previously took hours could be completed within minutes. Teams gained independent access to unit-based reports, manual calculation workload was reduced and operational control became clearer and easier to manage.
