We approached Dossha not just as a platform transition, but as the construction of an API-based, omnichannel, and sustainable growth infrastructure. The omnichannel strategy was one of the project's fundamental building blocks. The website, mobile application, and shipping and distribution systems were brought together on a single data backbone. In our Shopify transformation process with Dossha, our focus was on building a robust and scalable digital architecture to support the brand's high-volume operations. We approached the project not just as a platform migration, but as the construction of an API-based, omnichannel, and sustainable growth infrastructure. On the web side, we positioned the flexible and stable commerce infrastructure offered by Shopify Plus at the center. We built a customized structure prioritizing performance, security, and scalability.

Challenge
The Shopify conversion process we conducted for Fellas aimed to strengthen the digital operations of a high-volume, fast-growing brand.
Solution
First, we completely migrated all product, variation, collection, customer, and order data to Shopify. We carried out the migration process with an API-based and controlled plan. This transition, which was done without data loss and while respecting URL structures and content hierarchy, was designed to preserve the brand's search engine visibility.
Result
One of the most critical steps in SEO was the 301 redirect strategy. All pages in the old URL structure were analyzed, and meaningful, direct redirects were created. The technical SEO infrastructure was meticulously structured to prevent loss of authority on category, product, and content pages. Sitemaps, meta structures, schema adjustments, and indexing controls were optimized. Following the transition, a significant increase in organic traffic and visibility was achieved.
