My husband has a long history working with Directive where he works, so when I needed help with my IT and website for my new business, Benjamin Photoworks, I knew to whom I should turn. Directive has been very helpful with my IT needs, and their staff is very good at helping me feel comfortable with my technology. We appreciate that Directive is a local company with the level of expertise possessed by most national IT companies. Members of their staff are commonly easy to connect with by phone, email, or even in person at my home office. The Directive staff are amazing. They helped us build a great website and they always give detailed step-by-step directions if we want to do additions/modifications on our own. They are also more then willing to step in and make changes for us if the changes are out of our league. Our users are constantly telling us how much they like our site. The Directive team makes "us" look good. Going with Directive was a great decision.
